Project Management for
Nonprofits and Values-Driven Companies
01
Most mission-driven teams have more good ideas than capacity to run them.
Your team is committed. The gap shows up in the layer between the plan and the departments, and in most organizations, that layer is empty.
You feel it before you can name it:
-
The strategic plan launched strong and stalled six months in; everything is "in progress" with no dates attached.
-
Every cross-department project routes to your Executive Director, because it belongs to everyone and so it belongs to no one.
-
Grant deliverables live in someone's head, and you're one departure away from a compliance problem with your biggest funder.
-
The system you bought last year is only half adopted, with the old spreadsheet still running quietly on the side.

From Big Visions to Daily Execution
I believe leaders shouldn't have to choose between big strategic visions and organized daily execution.
I step in to provide the exact level of project leadership your team needs, whether that's running a specific campaign from start to finish, auditing a stuck workflow, or providing ongoing monthly capacity.
You get senior PM support running inside two weeks, not two quarters.

Ongoing Partnership
Ongoing, senior-level project leadership integrated directly into your team's weekly rhythm:
-
Fractional PM coverage and leadership
-
Multi-quarter strategic rollouts
-
Cross-functional team alignment

Fixed-Scope Projects (Flat Fee)
End-to-end management for high-stakes, time-bound initiatives with predictable pricing:
-
CRM and software migrations
-
Capital campaigns or major launches
-
System and process overhauls

Targeted Sprints and Advisory
Fast-turnaround, fixed-scope engagements to resolve immediate operational friction:
-
Roadmapping and project rescue
-
Workflow design and tool setup
-
SOP creation and optimization

Translating Strategy into Action
For over a decade, I worked inside mission-driven organizations and growing businesses. Across corporate operations, an anti-trafficking nonprofit, and a commercial construction business, I saw the same pattern: great teams with strong strategies, but no system holding the daily execution together.
That system is the part I own.
I bridge the gap between leadership's vision and the team's daily reality. As a PMP-certified project manager and Prosci-certified change management practitioner, I don't just keep complex initiatives on schedule; I build adoption systems so the new processes actually stick after launch.

04
Step 1: Free audit
A 30-minute discovery call to walk through your active initiatives and identify where work is stalling and what the right next step is for your team.
Step 2: Two-week Project Health Assessment
A focused 14-day engagement.
I find where each initiative is stuck and why. You get a written assessment, a prioritized roadmap you keep, and one fix delivered within two weeks.
If you already know what needs fixing, we can skip the assessment and scope that directly.
Step 3: Decide and Scale
Run the roadmap yourself, or bring me in on the piece that needs an owner.
We scope that after the assessment.

06
Q: How do we start?
A free 30-minute audit call. If it's a fit, the two-week Project Health Assessment is the next step.
Q: What does it cost?
Fixed scope and fixed fee, quoted after the audit call once I know what's actually on your plate. No hourly meter running, and no surprise invoices.
Q: What if we just need someone to run projects for a while?
That's the ongoing partnership. We scope it after the assessment, when there's a real roadmap to size it against. I keep the client count low on purpose so nobody gets a distracted project manager.
Q: Do you only do ongoing engagements?
Not at all. Plenty of work is a flat-fee project with a deadline attached, like a CRM migration or a capital campaign, or a short advisory sprint for a workflow or a set of SOPs. The ongoing partnership is for organizations that want the roadmap run rather than handed over.
Q: Do you only work with nonprofits?
I lead with nonprofits and mission-driven teams, and I take on values-driven for-profit work too. The job is the same: keep the work organized and moving.
Q: Do you use our tools?
Yes. Asana, Smartsheet, whatever you already have.
Q: Who owns the work you build?
You do. Every workflow and document I build for you is yours once you've paid for it.
Q: What does Prosci certified mean?
It's the standard credential in change management. In practice it means I plan for the people side of a rollout alongside the timeline, because the people side is where most system launches quietly fail.
